Flanagan II President – Irvine Rich has over 11 years experience in the insurance business. He began his insurance career as an Account Executive at Aon Re Services in Chicago. In 2005, he moved to Southern California to lead the property division of CRC Insurance Services. At CRC, Richard was Regional Property Director and earned CRC's Chief Operations Officer award in 2006. Over the past five years, Rich has created two exclusive proprietary builders' risk products and managed a book of business that grew continually. In 2010, Rich joined RT Specialty, LLC as President of the Orange County office. He specializes in construction and real estate accounts including DIC (Difference-in-Conditions) wind and earthquake coverages. A graduate of Wittenberg University, Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance. He and his wife Christy serve on the board of the Visionary Circle for the National 9/11 Memorial and Museum and contribute locally to the Junior League of Orange County and Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County, Inc.
